From An Allergic Reaction To A Health Company....
In 2015, Nathan had an allergic reaction to chemicals in the grass on the football pitch which left him covered in boils and uncomfortable rashes all over his body. He invested heavily into the best doctors and health professionals but none of them were able to find a solution to his allergic reaction. A family friend spoke to Nathan about the power of plants and natural remedies which led him to research natural remedies further. This was a pivotal moment for Nathan as it led him to cut out meat and dairy for the first time in his life! Through changing his lifestyle to 100% plant based and using natural remedies, he managed to cure his allergic reaction and it inspired him to create more health products to help others.
In 2016 he decided to go on a journey of self discovery and voyaged to India to complete a 10 day Vipassana Silent retreat. This intense retreat involved over 15 hours of meditation each day. It involved conditions such as no speaking, no eye contact, no reading, no writing and no electronic devices. This retreat was life changing for Nathan. It heightened his self awareness and consciousness of the world which surrounds him.
In his new found consciousness and passion for health, Nathan decided to volunteer in a health food cafe in 2017 for two months during his end of season break. After this he then travelled to Ethiopia to discover more about the world and himself.
Following his personal experiences and further travels to remote parts of the UK and Europe, it increased his understanding of the level of importance good mental health and physical health play in life which inspired Nathan to form a health and wellness business in 2021 called Vegan Food N Vibes.
Nathan founded Vegan Food N Vibes where he sells plant based natural, organic health products.
